Shipping process
We do our best to make the shipping process fast and smooth

We pay attention to the shipping of your order. We do not provide the shipping and delivery service but we cooperate with standard and reliable global shipping companies. We do our best to make sure that your package is shipped as soon as possible delivered in a fast and reliable way. We rely on the best shipping courier companies as DHL, TNT or FedEx.

All the products are produced in Bali, Indonesia and we arrange the shipping from Denpasar. Based on the product size and location, the package can be delivered by airplane or boat. You will receive the tracking number so the package can be tracked online in real-time.

  • Payment

    We accept online payment through the secured online payment gateway. Most of the common credit and debit cards are accepted and transactions are processed by Stripe Payment Gateway.

  • Order Processing

    We package and ship your order as soon as possible. The orders are usually ready for shipment within 5 business days after receiving the payment.

  • Order Shipment

    All the products are produced in Bali and shipped from Denpasar. We use delivery services of POS Indonesia, DHL, TNT and FedEx.

  • Order Tracking

    You will receive an email shipping confirmation. The specific tracking number will be sent to your phone via message by the specific shipping company. You can then thack the package at the online website of the shipping courirer.

  • Shipping Time

    The shipping time of your order depends on your location, but usually it takes 5 to 20 business days. We do not provide the shipping service but we depend on the standard reliable shipping companies as DHL, TNT or FedEx.

  • Customs and Taxes

    The package can be subject of the custom and tax procedure in your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over the custom and tax process in your territory and we are not able to provide any estimation. Before the delivery, you will be contacted by the shipping courier who is arranging these procedures on your behalf.

  • Lost Packages

    We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In such cases, we provide you with full support during communication with the shipping company that is responsible for delivery.

  • Wrong Address

    It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address. We use the address as it is stated in the order. In case you make a mistake or you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change quickly before shipement or to contact the shipping company to adjust the delivery address.
